Compass Mining customers will be able to sell their miners through the Compass Mining Marketplace platform. Customers who host miners through Compass Mining can choose to resell their miners only through the official resale process.
Compass Mining bears no obligation to facilitate the resale nor guarantee the successful resale of miners purchased through Compass Mining.
Hosting contracts between the customer and Compass Mining are non-transferable; therefore, Compass Mining may void the hosting services of any customer that sells their miners contract. After the contract has expired, customers have the option of taking custody of their miners if they choose.
