The approximate grid energy mix consists of 43% Natural Gas, 11% Coal, 30% Nuclear, 4% Hydro, and 12% Renewables. The ambient temperature of the North Carolina facility ranges from 57 to 80 degrees F year round and mediates heat with added fans to increase airflow in hotter seasons.
